About the role
Meta buying does not work without farming: every launch a buyer makes stands on accounts that someone registered, warmed up and kept alive. That someone is the farming department, and this role is the number-one entry point into media buying for people with no experience. No cases or portfolio required — what we need is discipline, precision and respect for playbooks, because every line in a farming playbook is money once lost to someone else’s mistake. We have been in the dating vertical since 2011, and farming here is a separate department with its own quality metrics, not an errand-runner role. You report to the Meta team lead.
What you will do
- Register and fill out accounts and business managers strictly by the playbook: profile, content, behavior.
- Warm accounts up on an activity schedule that imitates a real person.
- Work with an anti-detect browser and proxies — we teach from scratch, all tooling is ours.
- Keep records on every account: status, age, action history, batch number.
- Hand finished accounts over to buyers and collect feedback: how long they lived, what killed them.
- Suggest playbook changes when you spot a pattern in the bans.
What matters to us
Must have:
- Attention to detail: one skipped playbook step can take down an entire batch.
- Consistency: the same quality of work on Monday and on Friday.
- Basic computer literacy and stable internet.
Nice to have:
- Experience with anti-detect browsers or proxies.
- An everyday-level understanding of how Meta advertising works.
- A background in methodical work: QA, moderation, records management.
What you get
- Full base pay from day one, training period included.
- An account longevity bonus: your quality shows up in numbers — and gets paid for.
- Playbooks, a mentor and reviews instead of “figure it out yourself”.
- Fully remote, with a flexible schedule inside the accounts’ “human” activity hours.
- Payouts on a fixed date — no delays, no “next week”.
Growth track
This is the first step of a written track: farmer → buyer assistant → buyer within 12–18 months. Promotion criteria are batch quality and process understanding, not years served. A buyer here earns a share of profit under the open formula Bonus = % × (revenue − spend − consumables) — and most of our future buyers are grown straight out of farming.
Compensation
$250–500 base + account longevity bonus. Payouts on a fixed date.
Process
30-min screening → a short attention-to-detail practical → offer. Up to 5 business days.
Questions about this role
Do I need experience or my own hardware?
No. We train from scratch using playbooks; access, anti-detect and proxies are ours. You need a computer and stable internet; if hardware is an issue — we will discuss at screening.
How many hours a day does it take?
Full-time with a flexible schedule: some operations are tied to «human» account activity hours, so the day is distributed rather than continuous.
What happens when accounts get banned?
Bans are part of the process, not your fault if the playbook was followed. We track longevity statistics per batch: systematic deviations are reviewed together and the playbook improves.
Is growing into a buyer in 12–18 months realistic?
It is a written track, not a promise: farmer → buyer assistant → buyer. Promotion criteria are work quality and process understanding. Most of our future buyers grow from here.
Is the base salary paid during training?
Yes, full base from day one, training period included. The longevity bonus kicks in with your first independent account batch.
