Buyers here do buying

Accounts, creatives, farming, analytics and payouts are our departments — not your headache. Your job is finding profitable campaigns and scaling them. Everything else is already built.

What you get

Base + % of profit

Fixed monthly salary + a share of the profit your traffic generates, by an open formula. The share is progressive: more profit — higher percentage.

Payouts on a fixed date

Once a month, same date, no “it got delayed”. 15 years of reputation are worth more than any bonus.

Your numbers are open to you

Access to your own stats in the tracker and BI: spend, revenue, conversion to paying users, cohort LTV. The bonus is computed from the numbers you see.

Consumables on us

Accounts, proxies, anti-detect, spy tools, agency ad accounts, test budgets. Buyers never spend their own money.

Uncapped budgets

A profitable campaign gets scaled. ROI sets the limit — not “company policy”.

Fully remote

Work from wherever. Syncs on an agreed team schedule, everything else async.

How the bonus works

Bonus = % × (revenue of your traffic cohorts − spend − direct consumables)

  • The percentage is a progressive grid based on monthly profit, fixed in your contract.
  • “Direct consumables” cover only your traffic (accounts, proxies, account fees). No “office overhead” ever enters your formula.
  • Calculated from tracker and product analytics data you have access to. Disputes are resolved on numbers before the payout, not after.

Hiring process

  1. Screening — 30 min. A call with the recruiter: experience, expectations, your questions. Within 2 business days of applying.
  2. Hiring manager interview — 60 min. Head or team lead. We go through your cases: sources, GEOs, numbers. NDA before details — and we expect the same discretion about your previous teams.
  3. Practical. For buyers — a numbers-based breakdown of a real campaign (no free work); for creative and analytics — a compact test up to 3 hours.
  4. Offer. In writing: base, percentage grid, payout date, probation terms. The whole process takes up to 10 business days.

A buyer’s day at ROIcamp

10:00 — dashboard: how the night performed, which cohorts convert to paying. 11:00 — team sync (15 min): what to scale, what to cut. 12:00 — new hypotheses: briefs to the creative team, account requests to farming. 15:00 — launching tests. 17:00 — numbers review with the analyst: where LTV is higher and why. No reports for the sake of reports — management sees everything in BI.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a media buyer earn at ROIcamp?

The range is listed in every role. Real income = base + % of profit with no cap; a middle buyer with a working campaign typically earns well above the base.

How do I know the profit is counted fairly?

You have open access to your numbers in the tracker and BI. The formula is in your contract. Disputes are resolved on numbers before the payout.

Do I need to invest my own money?

No. Never. Accounts, proxies, tools and budgets are covered by the company.

What products will I work with?

Dating products — mainstream and niche. Details at the interview after NDA.

Can I join without experience?

Yes — through the farming department, with a defined track: farmer → buyer assistant → buyer within 12–18 months.

Do you provide equipment?

By agreement: after probation we compensate or provide the necessary hardware. Work services and subscriptions are covered by the company from day one.

What time zone does the team work in?

Syncs happen in EET (Kyiv) during working hours; everything else is async. If you are within ±3 hours of EET, it works.

What is the work format?

Fully remote, B2B or gig contract. Syncs on an agreed team schedule.
