About the role
Your working day lives in campaigns and cohorts: yesterday’s test numbers in the morning, fresh hypotheses and creative briefs in the afternoon, stop-or-scale calls in the evening. You buy Meta traffic (Facebook/Instagram) for dating products in Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs, and your metric isn’t leads — it’s paying users, sitting deep in the click → registration → activation → subscription → rebill funnel. Accounts, creatives and consumables aren’t your problem: farming and the creative department work for you. The company has been in dating since 2011, so the funnel and product economics are long since mapped — you come here to earn, not to reinvent. You report to the Meta team lead.
What you will do
- Test campaigns: audiences, creatives, prelanders, GEOs — systematically, hypotheses on record.
- Scale the profitable ones — working campaigns get budgets with no ceiling.
- Brief the creative department: hypothesis → finished creative in 24–48 hours.
- Watch spy tools and competitors: what’s running in your GEOs and why it converts.
- Run ad accounts: agency and self-regs, anti-detect, proxies — with the farming department behind you.
- Keep your numbers in the tracker and BI: spend, revenue, conversion to paying, cohort LTV.
- Dig into cohorts with the analyst: where LTV is higher, which creatives drive rebills and which bring one-off subscriptions.
- Defend your results to the team lead once a week: numbers, conclusions, next test plan.
What matters to us
Required:
- 1+ year (middle) or 3+ years (senior) of Meta buying.
- Personal spend from $1,000/day — sustained, not a one-off spike.
- Cases from the last 3–4 months: fresh numbers outweigh years on a CV.
- Confident with anti-detect browsers, proxies and trackers (Keitaro / Binom or similar).
- Metrics without a cheat sheet: CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion at every funnel step.
Nice to have:
- Dating vertical experience: you know the difference between a lead and a paying user.
- English B1 — ad accounts, docs and spy tools without a translator.
- Experience working with a dedicated creative team from briefs.
What you get
- Uncapped budgets at positive ROI: scaling stops at the numbers, never at a finance department limit.
- Zero money of your own: accounts, proxies, anti-detect, spy tools — all on the company.
- A fast loop: a creative from your hypothesis in 24–48 hours, not “when the designer frees up.”
- Open numbers: your bonus is computed from data you see yourself in the tracker and BI.
- Fully remote, B2B or gig contract, payouts on a fixed date.
Growth track
The grid itself is a track: from 10% to 20% of profit as your volumes grow. Beyond that — senior with your own GEO pool, and for those who can teach, team lead of a new Meta team: the department is being built, and team lead seats will be filled from the inside.
Compensation
$1,000–3,000 base + a bonus by the formula: % × (revenue − spend − consumables). The grid is progressive, 10–20%: a higher profit level means a higher share. Formula and grid live in the contract and never change retroactively. Payouts on a fixed date every month.
Process
30-min screening → interview with the team lead: your cases reviewed on the numbers → offer. Up to 10 business days. Test spend out of your own pocket does not exist here — ever.
Questions about this role
What test budget do I get in month one?
Allocated from week one; the amount depends on your experience and test plan — your team lead decides based on the plan, not the finance department. Month one is about understanding the product funnel, not instant profit.
Where do creatives and accounts come from?
The creative team produces from your brief (hypothesis → creative in 24–48h). The farming department prepares accounts. You never spend your own time or money on this.
What if my campaigns are not profitable within a month?
Nothing dramatic. We look at test quality, not speed to first profit: systematic hypotheses, clean numbers, correct conclusions. Nobody gets fired for a slow first month.
Which GEOs will I work with?
Tier-1 (US, CA, DE, AU, Western Europe) and Tier-2 (LatAm, CEE). The exact mix depends on the product and your experience — agreed with your team lead.
How often is my percentage reviewed?
Monthly, based on results. The grid is progressive: reach a new profit level — get a higher share. The grid is fixed in your contract and never changes retroactively.
